This church is still meeting in an incomplete building, but we are praying to be able to raise the remaining funds as soon as possible. We have a goal of 75,000 PhP, which is roughly $1,750 US. We have received a gracious gift from Love in Action Ministries of $500, so the remainder of our goal is $1,250 (journalists doing math is a scary thing). We praise God for their help as we try to raise funds to come alongside these national brethren to help them reach their people with the Gospel. We are also still praying for Shiloh Bible Baptist Church in Punta, Dipolog City. This church has outgrown its building and is seeking to purchase an adjacent lot to the building. The cost for this lot is 500,000 PhP, which is roughly $12,000. For this need, we have broken down the giving to a square meter purchase at a time. Each square meter costs only $24. So, consider what you can do with $24.
As always, we need your prayers first and foremost. So we ask everyone to pray. But beyond that, if you can give, we thank you ahead of time. This is not a charity to help people with their earthly lives. This is a joint operation to help our fellow brothers in Christ accomplish their ministry. When you give, you allow forgiven sinners just like you to carry the news of Jesus' death and resurrection to people who might not otherwise hear it.
